This Saturday, May 16, starting around 7 a.m. and possibly lasting until 3 p.m., there will be two electrical projects carried out in various buildings on campus. Please see the map below.
- The NEW Center will have electrical power disruptions in order to connect the Medical Office Building’s fire pump to emergency power and connect the main power into the NEW Center main switch.
- In buildings A, B, C, D, E, R, L, M, P, BP , CC and Wasson, all devices that are plugged into emergency power (usually red receptacles) will be de-energize as an emergency power upgrade will take place. This upgrade is to provide buildings C, D and E with more emergency power for the research labs in those buildings.
There should be NO disruption to power to the Village, RGE, F and G buildings.
