On Tuesday, Jan. 8, the strategic plan assessment and implementation committee (SPAIC), working with President Gershen and members of his leadership team, will hold a retreat at which strategic plan champions will identify success indicators, milestones and targets for four key initiatives:
- Ensure optimal educational experience
- Improve faculty compensation and retention
- Redefine relationships with hospital and clinical partners
- Initiate and secure sources of revenue
