Last weekend, I was one of the voting delegates and was present when NEOMED’s current M2 student Sahar Rehman was selected from a wide pool of applicants to be the National Chair of Finance for the national organization known as the Society of Student Run Free Clinics. To the best of my knowledge, I believe she is the first person from NEOMED to be elected to a national position on the executive board for the SSRFC since it first was created. Congratulations to her!
