The Tahani Mansour, Pharm.D. ’13 Alumni Scholarship is an annual scholarship to be awarded to a student pharmacist who shares the interests of Tahani Mansour, graduate of the class of 2013. Tahani and her legacy will live on through this award and the student pharmacists who are the recipients. Sadagah jariyah, which translates to “ceaseless charity” – means that both the donor and the receiver realize the benefits of this award. In the spirit of Tahani’s giving nature, this generous gift is reflective of her values.
To be considered for this scholarship opportunity, you must meet the below qualifications:
• Underrepresented minority student
• Female gender
• First generation college student
• From an underserved community
• Third year or fourth year student pharmacists will be given preference
The award amount for the 2018-2019 academic year is $1,000. Eligible students are strongly encouraged to apply by completing the attached application as well as a personal statement as indicated on the application. The application deadline is September 14th, 2018.
