Temporary parking changes due to upcoming construction

The preparation for the construction of the Medical Office Building/Academic Learning Center (MOB/ALC) will begin the week of March 25.  The construction area will be fenced in, resulting in the temporary loss of 105 parking spaces, which includes 12 ADA spaces (download map below).  This project will last for 17-18 months.

To provide adequate parking and access for NEW Center users, the following groups will no longer be permitted to park in the NEW Center visitor lots during weekdays, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • NEOMED faculty, staff and students
  • Signet employees
  • Conference Services employees
  • Summa employees
  • Rootstown Community Pharmacy employees
  • Ferrell Whited employees
  • Sequoia employees
  • Custodial staff
  • Bio-Med teachers and staff

Parking will be available in lots A and B, which are east and south of the old Regula Conference Center. The NEOMED Police Department will enforce parking restrictions during construction.

While the north entrance/exit ―located across from Giant Eagle ― will remain open, it will be primarily used for construction work vehicles during this period. It is advised that all others use alternate entrances/exits as much as possible.

Thank you for your cooperation as NEOMED continues to grow.
