The College of Medicine is pleased to welcome Courtney Marsden to the Medical Education Team as the new senior assessment and evaluation specialist.
Courtney comes to us from Kent State University, where she was working as the Assessment and Accreditation Coordinator in the College of Education, Health and Human Services and a course instructor in “Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education”.
She is a graduate of Hiram College and has a master’s degree in Education (Higher Ed. and Student Personnel) from KSU and plans on completing her Ph.D. in Evaluation and Measurement before 2022 there, too. She also has certificates from KSU in both College Teaching and Institutional Research and Assessment. The team looks forward to working with Courtney primarily on data management and analysis associated with accreditation, admissions, academic progress and curriculum review.
