The Veterinary Pharmacy Club helped close out American Pharmacists Month (October) by making snacks for their favorite four-legged friends.
Margaret Lamb, R.Ph., a clinical assistant professor of pharmacy practice, joined the Club to share her best treat-making tips and veterinary pharmacy stories.
From chicken and beef to apple and cherry, students had a wide variety of flavors to infuse into the pet goodies.
Once the treats settled, they were opaque with a gummy-like texture and ready to be traded in return for a trick or two.
