VIRTUOUS HEALER HONOR SOCIETY INDUCTEE: EESHA ZAHEER

Among the inductees into the NEOMED Virtuous Healer Honor Society (VHHS) is fourth-year College of Medicine student Eesha Zaheer. Following the induction ceremony last August, Eesha took a moment to discuss what being inducted into VHHS means to her:

"Being a part of VHHS is particularly meaningful as it has given my team the ability to participate in community service and outreach work outside of the hospital setting. We have had the opportunity to work closely with excellent clinicians throughout medical school, and we strive to embody the characteristics our mentors have displayed to us through their daily interactions. As a part of VHHS, we recognize the importance of our role in holistic patient care and medical education. I am grateful to be a part of a community that shares strong values and a commitment to our patients through altruism and continuous learning."
