Wasson Center Closure for Moving: Monday, Jan. 25, through Friday, Feb. 5, 2021.
The Wasson Center is off to a great start in 2021! First, we are so honored and humbled to have been nominated by NEOMED students and Student Services to receive the January Student Support Spotlight award! Thank you once again for the opportunity to serve and support NEOMED colleges in the delivery of curriculum online and on-campus!
Which leads us to our second announcement. As we continue our remote delivery of simulated patient supported curriculum, we are preparing to move offices and operations to the new facility located on the 2nd floor of the Medical Office Building (adjacent to the NEW Center). Wasson Center physical offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 25, through Friday, Feb. 5. We will assume physical operations by Monday, Feb. 8, (with COVID-19 protocol remaining in place). While staff office numbers will change, our phone extensions will remain the same. A list of these numbers will be posted in a subsequent Pulse announcement.
In the near future, we will offer training videos and open labs to help orient students, faculty, and staff. We will update you also as we look forward to celebrating our colocation with Student Health Services and join in celebration and thanks to all who assisted the Wasson Center with the development of the simulation center and move to our new location!
