The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) is pleased to welcome Aimee Huter, M.A., as the new coordinator for the Office of the VPAA, effective Mar. 6. Aimee will provide daily operational support and project management for the VPAA office and work closely with new initiatives for the Division of Academic Affairs. Aimee is a graduate of Kent State University (KSU) with a B.A. degree and an M.A. in Sociology. During her time at KSU, she was appointed by the Governor of Ohio to serve as a student trustee on KSU’s Board of Trustees and also served as a graduate teaching assistant. She brings to the office a multi-faceted perspective on higher education as a student, instructor and trustee.
