Welcome Amanda Lindsay, Assistant Director of ORSP

Colleagues –

I’m pleased to announce that the position of Assistant Director of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP)  has been filled. Amanda Lindsay will begin her role as Assistant Director on November 1, 2016. Amanda’s background includes over 10 years of experience in Research and Sponsored Programs at Kent State University with experience in pre-award, non-financial post-award and support of the electronic research administration management system (Kuali Research) at KSU. Amanda has earned a BA in Psychology and English from Kent State as well as an MDS in Digital Systems Management. She obtained her designation as a Certified Research Administrator (CRA) in 2013. Amanda will work alongside the Executive Director of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and the other members of the ORSP staff to continue to ensure the timely and compliant submission of grants. She will also be instrumental in the implementation of the electronic research administration management system at NEOMED.

Please join me in welcoming Amanda to NEOMED. I think that you will find her to be a totally delightful and service oriented ORSP staff member. Amanda’s office is in G-235. Her phone extension is 6497 and her email address is alindsay@neomed.edu.
