Welcome Lacey Madison, M.Ed. to Family and Community Medicine

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the newest addition to our department, Lacey Madison, M.Ed., who has accepted the position of Director of Operations. Lacey will join the Department of Family and Community Medicine on Monday, March 14 and will be housed in room G138.

Lacey has eight years of experience in higher education, comprised of grant program, operations and data administration; coupled with 4 years as an adjunct faculty member in the Human Services Technology and in career services. Her grant experience has been focused in health professions education and placement with the underserved and low income population. Most recently Lacey held a position as a consultant at an executive level management firm specializing in strategic planning and market opportunity analysis across various industries. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University and graduated from Xavier University with a Master of Education in Agency and Community Counseling.

In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing, managing and maintaining the operation of department initiatives, education programs, research/grants and developing new revenue generating programs.
