The Office of the President is pleased to announce that Amy Amspoker has joined Northeast Ohio Medical University as Administrative Coordinator, effective April 29, 2019. In this role, she will be providing executive level administrative support to both the Office of the President and the Office of General Counsel. This position is the result of an administrative reorganization within the President’s Office due to several departures related to the Voluntary Separation Program and other staffing changes.
Prior to joining NEOMED, Amy worked at Akron Children’s Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. In these positions, she drove productivity and efficiency as well as guided the main support system for multiple medical professionals. In addition, she streamlined daily processes, assisted with oversight of multiple departmental budgets and maximized customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming environment.
Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in organizational leadership and an associate degree in health care office management, both from the University of Akron.
