The Office of the President is pleased to announce that Jill Miller will joined NEOMED as an administrative specialist, effective Oct. 1, 2019. In this role, she will be providing executive level support to the vice president for human resources and diversity; the vice president for government and external affairs; and the chief of staff and secretary to the Board of Trustees. She will oversee all aspects of calendars, including meetings and engagements, in addition to managing multiple high-priority projects. Jill will also assist with quarterly meeting preparation for NEOMED’s Board of Trustees.
Prior to joining NEOMED, Jill worked at OMNOVA Solutions as executive assistant - law, Lifebanc as executive assistant to the chief executive officer and Ben Venue Laboratories as the executive assistant for sales and quality. In these positions she managed calendars and schedules; assisted with Board meeting preparation; coordinated fundraising and national events; and assisted in developing annual budgets. In addition, she streamlined daily processes utilizing the skills obtained through her Six Sigma certification.
