Academic Affairs and Student Services welcome Monica Lenox, assistant director of credentialing, to NEOMED. Monica joined the staff on Monday, Feb. 11 in a full-time capacity to oversee the management of student credentialing, student health insurance, drug testing, immunization clinics and overall student compliance for college-required credentials. Monica brings years of customer service experience from the medical field as a medical practice manager with Bowtie Medical and Family Holistic Health, has implemented electronic systems, billing and insurance, provider onboarding, and medical practice management. She is a Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and a Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM).
Monica will oversee the electronic credentialing platform, implement new compliance policies and timelines, and work to centralize all credentialing for improved efficiency and communication with students.
