Northeast Ohio Medical University has had an action-packed year and there is still much on the forefront with strategic planning, a campus master plan and other important initiatives. It is an exciting time to be at NEOMED!
As a way to say “thank you” for all that has been done throughout the year and to provide you with sufficient time to relax and enjoy family and friends during the holiday season, NEOMED will be engaged in reduced operations beginning Wednesday, December 19, 2018, continuing through Tuesday, January 1, 2019. The University will resume full operations on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. During this time, we strongly encourage employees to use three days of vacation or compensatory time from December 19, 2018 through December 21, 2018, in conjunction with the three approved days of Holiday Leave and four days of Winter Break Leave.
Department supervisors will work with those employees who are required to be on campus during this time period. Closer to the holiday, payroll will provide specific details on how to report all leave on your timesheet. Please contact Human Resources with any questions regarding eligibility or other details.
