Workshop Series to Help Students Prepare for Exams

The Center for Student Wellness and Counseling Services presents a three-part series to help prepare you mentally and emotionally for your exams!

  • Each session contains valuable information to assist you in establishing emotional wellness, and a positive mindset to succeeding on your exams!
  • Each session will include a drawing for prizes!
  • If you attend all three sessions, you’ll be placed in a drawing for our grand prize, a massage from Sequoia Wellness

This session is focused on dispelling the myths about meditation and providing hard evidence of how it’s practice can benefit you in daily life and excelling academically.

Learn how perfectionism can impact you negatively, where it comes from, and how to address it.
