The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs has received a notice of award from Duke University for funding in the amount of $113,700 for the period 5/1/18 – 4/30/19 to support the continuation of the project titled “Translational Studies on the Role of Pesticides in Cognitive Aging and AD.”

NEOMED Police Officer Kelly DiBona assisted Representative Emilia Sykes with a house bill related to dating violence.

Charles Thodeti, Ph.D., an associate professor of integrative medical sciences, and Anantha Kanugula, Ph.D., a postdoctoral fellow who works in Dr. Thodeti’s lab each brought home an award from conferences in San Diego.

At a giveaway Friday, April 27, people flocked to the front of the NEW Center to pick up free pine, spruce, dogwood and other saplings being distributed in honor of Arbor Day.
