Students Interested in Immune Related Specialties is doing an arts/crafts drive for the Create Heal Inspire program at Akron Children’s Hospital.

More than 20 student organizations at NEOMED banded together to present a health fair for community members.

NEOMED students are invited to nominate deserving medicine, pharmacy and graduate students for two diversity awards/scholarships that will be presented in May 2018.

 Jeff St. Clair of WKSU (89.7 FM) spoke recently with Erik Messamore, M.D., Ph.D., associate professor of psychiatry at NEOMED, to gain a better understanding the changes the brain undergoes as people transition into adulthood.

All faculty and staff who have or who will have access to student records, either electronic or hardcopy, are required to complete a brief (30-45 minute) FERPA Compliance Training program inclusive of a knowledge test that must be completed with a minimum score of 70%.
