On June 3, 2019, the incoming M1/P1/MAS students were the first NEOMED students to be invited to make an order and create an account in myCB. By 4 p.m. that day, more than a dozen students had created their new myCB accounts.
MyCB will replace ImmunU for first through third year students. Second and third year students will be asked to create an account in myCB later this month. Once each student makes an account, the Credentialing staff will upload their prior ImmunU records into myCB and later in the year, they will use the new myCB account to upload their annual TB and flu shot documentation. Fourth year students will continue to use ImmunU for their final year at NEOMED.
MyCB, a CastleBranch solution, offers an easy-to-use, secure, online system that allows the office of NEOMED Credentialing staff to easily manage immunization records and other required student credential documentation. This self-service system provides a complete record of a student’s submitted immunization requirements with easy access by the student and NEOMED.
