Toxicologist Vanessa Fitsanakis, Ph.D., who studies the potential relationship between herbicides and Parkinson’s disease, is quoted in an article that considers who gets to determine the safety of a chemical such as glyphosphate—the active ingredient in the weed killer Roundup.
